From road hazards like potholes and debris to unexpected punctures, this plan provides 12-month coverage for the repair or replacement of your vehicle’s tires and associated wheels for a one-time fee per tire.

The Wheel and Tire Protection Plan covers repairs and replacements on Tesla installed wheels and tires caused by typical road hazards. The plan does not cover cosmetic damages, theft or vandalism. The Wheel and Tire Protection Plan is not available for Cybertruck or Model S Track Package at this time.
You can purchase the Wheel and Tire Protection Plan within 30 days of your new vehicle delivery date or at the time you purchase a new tire installed by Tesla. The plan covers both the wheel and tire with the one-time fee for a 12-month period. If your wheel or tire is damaged, simply schedule a service appointment at your nearest Tesla Service Center or, in case of emergency, contact Roadside Assistance. If the damage is covered under the plan’s Terms and Conditions, we’ll take care of the repairs or replace the tire or wheel as needed.
The Wheel and Tire Protection Plan covers your new tires and the wheels they’re mounted on for 12 months following the initial purchase and installation of a new tire from Tesla.
As long as the tire or wheel damage is covered under the terms of the plan, you can use the Wheel and Tire Protection Plan to repair or replace your tire or wheel as many times as needed during the 12-month period.
The Tire Protection Plan covers tire repair and wheel and tire replacement at any Tesla Service Center across the United States, subject to availability.
You can add the Wheel and Tire Protection Plan within 30 days of purchasing an eligible, new Tesla vehicle by scheduling in the Tesla app. You can also add the plan when you purchase and install a new tire at a Tesla Service Center.
